Data Deletion

How to delete your data.

This page explains how to remove data KoLabs holds — including any Google, Shopify, or Meta account you've connected to our platform — both through the built-in self-serve controls and by sending us a deletion request.

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. The fastest way — disconnect in the platform

If you (or your brand) connected a Google, Shopify, or Meta account to KoLabs, you can revoke that connection yourself at any time. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access at the provider and deletes the stored credentials.

  1. Sign in to the KoLabs platform at app.kolabs.agency.
  2. Open Integrations (or Settings → Integrations).
  3. Find the connection you want to remove (Google / Gmail, Shopify, or Meta) and click Disconnect.
  4. We revoke the token with the provider and delete the stored credential right away.
Google connections: you can also revoke KoLabs's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking there stops all future access; email us (below) if you also want any data we already stored to be deleted.

2. Request full deletion by email

To have us delete the data we hold about you — beyond just disconnecting an integration — send a request and we'll handle it:

Email a deletion request

Please send it from, or clearly identify, the email address / account associated with the data so we can verify the request. Include:

We respond within 30 days. For most requests, deletion is completed well inside that window.

3. What gets deleted

DataWhat happens on deletion
Google (Gmail / Drive / Sheets) tokensAccess + refresh tokens revoked at Google and deleted from our database.
Email content we storedStored reply snippets and message records linked to you are deleted.
Creator / contact recordsYour creator or contact profile and associated campaign data are removed.

Meta (ad-account) connectionThe encrypted Meta access token and any cached Meta data are deleted.

Once deleted, this data is removed from our active systems and from backups on the next backup-rotation cycle. We cannot recover it afterwards.

4. What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legal basis — for example, invoices and financial records (retained as required by Croatian tax and accounting law). These are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Creators contacted on a brand's behalf

If KoLabs contacted you as a creator on behalf of a brand client, that brand is the data controller for your data. You can ask us to delete it using the steps above and we will action it and, where relevant, forward your request to the brand. You may also contact the brand directly.
